Hanover Foundations is a not-for-profit organisation that works with young people.  Our research has shown us that ensuring the adults around those young people are knowledgeable about the aims and outcomes of coaching supports the young people in their personal transformation.

The Hanover Partnership works with business leaders, government bodies and NGOs to release the potential locked in individuals and the organisations for which they work. The Partnership works with Hanover Foundations as part of its corporate social responsibility activities.

Programmes include:

Introduction to Performance Management Coaching

  • ½ or full day training workshop for up to 25 people

  • basic training in performance management techniques

  • practice in goal-setting, listening and open questioning

  • personality types and team-working techniques

  • can be used as Inset Training

  • can be cross-organisational for best-practice sharing

  • A short introductory programme for adults who work with young people which provides an insight into how Hanover Foundations programmes work.  Participants practise coaching skills and gain a better understanding of their ability to manage themselves and their relationships.

    Foundations for Families (pilot programme)

  • Separate individual coaching for adults and young people

  • Teambuilding workshops for families

  • Communication skills training

  • Develops individual understanding and practical community building.
