Introduction to Performance Management Coaching

½ or full day training workshop for up to 25 people

basic training in performance management techniques

practice in goal-setting, listening and open questioning

personality types and team-working techniques

can be used as Inset Training

can be cross-organisational for best-practice sharing

A short introductory programme for adults who work with young people which provides an insight into how Hanover Foundations programmes work.  Participants practise coaching skills and gain a better understanding of their ability to manage themselves and their relationships.

Separate individual coaching for adults and young people

Communication skills training

Develops individual understanding and practical community building.
