Hanover Coaches
A superb pool of several hundred trained and supervised, professional coaches.

Hanover coaches are people who already have a great deal of experience in life. Their backgrounds range from former teachers and OfSTED Inspectors to JPs, psychologists, and HR professionals, as well as business leaders and full-time executive coaches.   We take them and train them all in the Hanover way to ensure consistent delivery of our programmes.

How do I become a Hanover coach?
Although demand for places on our coaches’ training courses is always high, increasing demand for our work means we train new coaches every year.  If you feel you have the commitment and ability to join us, please send us your CV with a covering letter.

It's so rewarding to see how the small steps taken week by week add up to a really positive transformation.

Excellent training – I learned more in 2 days than I did in 3 months on a work sponsored coaching course.

You get fantastic support – workshops, supervision and wise advice just a phone call away.
